"Polecam z czystym sercem. Przepiękny riad, w którym czułam się jak księżniczka Szeherezada. Stylowy w każdym calu, a do tego położony w sercu mediny, a jednocześnie z dala od hałasu. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie - Wadia jest najlepszym szefem, jakiego może mieć hotel. Chętnie podpowiedział co warto zobaczyć, a przy tym przeszkolił w zakresie cen i zwyczajów. Pomógł nam w idealnym sprężeniu czasu, organizując wszystko o czym można zamarzyć, w tym transport na lotnisko w środku nocy Jego personel jest niesamowity, pomocny o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Zawsze uśmiechnięci i mili. Pokoje bajkowe, czyste, z codzienną zmianą ręczników i uzupełnieniem wszystkich braków. Jedzenie niesamowite. Niezapomniane powitanie tradycyjną herbatą i smakołykami. Pyszne marokańskie śniadania, których nie byliśmy w stanie przejeść. Rewelacyjne lunche i kolacje. Na pewno wrócimy przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Marrakeszu."

Delicious evening meal & breakfast on the rooftop was great. The surprise birthday cake for my husband, brought out after our breakfast, was a really special touch. Highly recommended this Riad"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this riad, genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and could not do enough for us. They welcomed us with mint tea, provided a map, gave fantastic recommendations for places to visit and arranged taxis whenever we needed them. Communication through WhatsApp was seamless and it was so reassuring knowing someone was available 24 hours a day if we had any questions. Our room was unreal, beautifully designed and something really special. The rooftop was spectacular and the perfect place to relax. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. We also had a hammam at the riad which was a brilliant experience and added to how relaxing and indulgent the whole stay felt. The attention to detail, service and atmosphere made this stay stand out. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech."

"Our stay at Riad Hikaya was wonderful and a real highlight of our holiday in Marrakech. The riad is beautiful, calm and perfectly located near the entrance to the Medina so it’s very easy to reach by taxi. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding level of service — the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to help. We had dinner at the Riad multiple times during our stay and each time the food was incredible. Overall we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend Riad Hikaya to anyone."

"Riad Hikaya was the perfect place for me and and my friend to stay for 4 nights over New Year's. The location was incredible, being very close (20 minute walk to the main souk) but yet far away enough for it to feel like a very quiet and safe area. The Riad itself was beautiful and authentic, our room was really spacious and clean, and the facilities were 10/10. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. The staff couldn't have done more for us, they were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond offering us tea, fruit, pastries, water etc, all complimentary. They helped with taxis, restaurant recommendations, and were always on hand to help answer any other questions. It was also my birthday when I was there and the staff surprised me with a cake a song and a cake which was so special. We also enjoyed a Hammam and massage which I would also recommend! I genuinely can't recommend this Riad highly enough!"

"This will not bring my score down from 10, but just as a heads up we had a room on the bottom floor next to the kitchen and the dining area so it was sometimes a little noisy (not crazy loud), so if you are a light sleeper either bring earplugs or ask for a room upstairs."

"Lovely place with staff that are always there and always ready to help. Room was very good, breakfast was very plentiful and fresh. Couldn't eat it all there was so much. Good location in the south side of the old town in the kasbah. A good 15 minute walk to the square and the souk."
