"Very good. Clean, comfortable, good parking space, quiet place and polite host."
"facilities with sauna and jacuzzi doesn’t exist ( not available ). maybe for long term are available. We stayed only one night and the host told us that are unavailable. except this, everything was alright."
"I had to stay just 12 hours, I didn’t use anything around except bathroom and bed. Staff was friendly, called me taxi and met me in the middle of the night when I arrived. I’ll come back again."

"Nice cordial staff and affordable budget prices. Access to kitchen and other facilities. Nice ample room with mini fridge and nice comfortable bed. 24hr desk service if you go out to the city late and have to come back in the middle of the night"
"There were many mosquitoes in the bedroom and had to wake up several times at night to kill them. Perhaps they can add some sieves to the windows to prevent them from getting in. There was a strange smell when I entered the room, perhaps they can buy some scent diffusers or room sprays to fix this. It is a little bit long to walk all the way to the main street (about 2 or 3 blocks) where you can take the public transport so you are almost obligated to take a Yandex taxi if you don't want to walk that much."
"Htel kitchen not working at all. The hotel is located next to the stadium inside the microdistrict, it is difficult to find the location."
"Quiet, few people, 24h reception."
"Отзывчивый персонал, цена, не далеко от аэропорта. В шаговой доступности магазины, кафе, остановка тролейбуса."
"Тяжело найти, джипиэс повело в тупик, там закрыты ворота частная собственность не пускают, в итоге пришлось объезжать спрашивать где что. На поиски потратили около 30-40 минут."
