"Everything is new and works perfectly. The location is also perfect, just cross the street to get to the beach and there are a lot of good restaurants in the main street, including Bistro Caraibes of the same owner. The studio is near an airport, there are a few arrivals per day (4 or 5) but the acoustic inside is very good, so it was not a problem. I rent a car and I had no problem to park on street, I also felt very safe. Amaury was very kind and friendly! I certainly recommend this place!"

"Every tuesday night (high season) there is a parade on the main street of Grand Case and the village gets very crowded with the streets blocked. Just be aware to plan your day, no one advised us."

Na rua principal de Grand Case, com vários restaurantes ao redor, em um local seguro e de fácil acesso a qualquer ponto da ilha e silencioso (porta e janela com anti-ruído). O anfitrião é muito acessível e a comunicação foi muito fácil. O apartamento é muito espaçoso, limpo, com cama e chuveiro bons. Aprovadíssimo."

"Clean with great amenities. Nice kitchen, with good appliances. Provided beach chairs, that was great."

"Street noise often very loud. The loud airplanes landing overhead wasn’t great either. Not much the owners could do about the noise. There was often a smell, not sure if it was septic or garbage, this they could fix."

"Perfectly positioned and kitted out for a relaxing beach holiday. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and the room was very comfortable for a 15 night stay. We didn’t have a car and walked or took the bus to see the island. There were so many restaurants within walking distance we will have to come back to try them all!"
