"First of all: They have Spicy Margarita's! But second, the staff was amazing. Location was a bit outside of Morondave Center so calm and easy. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit the Allée de Baobabs, and get away from the business of the town. Water from tap was drinkable due to an on-site well. Facilities were clean and modern."
"The only thing might be that there were many bugs everywhere. But due to the well screened off rooms and musquitonets this was no problem when sleeping."
"Haus Charette liegt etwas ausserhalb von Morondava, ca. 30 Fussminuten zum nächsten Fischerdorf an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand gelegen. TukTuk fahren zu allen Zeiten. Vorsicht bei Flut, da sind die Spazierwege teils unter Wasser. Das Haus Charette liegt in ruhiger Umgebung, ländlich, kleiner See, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Personal und Besitzer sehr hilfreich, die Besitzer organisieren alle Ausflüge perfekt. Wir haben sehr gut und fein gegessen. Alles in allem ein ruhiger, gelungener Aufenthalt."

"Wasser vom Hahnen im ganzen Haus ist Trinkwasser(!) aus eigener Grundwasserfassung. Unglaublich für Afrika! Direkter Kontakt mit Erbauer und Besitzer aus Oesterreich mit seiner Frau aus Madagaskar."

"Absolut empfehlenswert!" ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam[besonders Steffi und dahlia) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett super bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt. Besonders der Chef und seine Frau sind extrem gute Gastgeber. Das war Urlaub in familiärem Umfeld. komme gerne wieder!"

"Ein feines Appartement mit allem, was für einen Kurzaufenthalt gebraucht wird. Um das Bett herum ist es etwas eng. Leider liegt es etwas abseits in einer dunklen Seitenstrasse, so dass immer ein Tuc-tuc benötigt wird, welches der Guardian gern besorgte. Sehr schön auch die Zusatzeinrichtungen für Gehandikapte."
