"Obiekt jest położony przy fenomenalnej plaży, z cudowną rafą pełną podwodnego życia. Domki są czyste i komfortowe. Obsługa - menadżerowie, właścicielka i inny personel obiektu to bardzo życzliwi ludzie, stwarzają niepowtarzalną, rodzinną atmosferę. Bardzo dbają o swoich klientów. Jedzenie pyszne, przygotowane ze świeżych produktów. Mieliśmy zostać tylko pierwsze dwa dni a przedłuzyliśmy nasz pobyt o kolejne trzy doby. Każdemu z gorącego serca polecam to miejsce, znajdziecie tu cisze i spokój oraz wielkie serce ludzi, którzy tam pracują. Dodatkowo możecie skorzystać z wycieczek, na które może Was zabrać hotelowa łódź Nemo, wycieczki są bardzo komfortowe, nie trzeba tłoczyć się z innymi turystami. Po powrocie na Nosy Be bardzo cieszę się, że wybraliśmy Nosy Komba i obiekt Remo e Berenice to był strzał w 10! Lepiej trafić poprostu nie mogliśmy!"

"We really liked everything about the stay. The place is a little paradise, with beautiful garden, kind staff and delicious food. The bungalows were clean and spacious, it was really wonderful to stay there. They also helped us making plans for daily excursions, which were flexible and with local guides."

"Unfortunately at the very end, I've had a really bad experience with my return shuttle. I've reported this to the hotel via Booking but I don't think management did anything about it. I highly recommend booking own airport transfer rather than with the hotel!! It was unsafe!! Before I left, hotel staff reassured me that I would be picked up by the same driver that brought me to the hotel (Bobo). Once I got dropped off at the ship port, suddenly there was a group of strangers grabbing my stuff to an old rusty car I didn't know with a driver I didn't know either. I was repeatedly asking the driver who he is, whether he spoke with the hotel or whether he even knew what hotel I'm from, but he didn't know any of this information. I had no idea who that was and whether he is expecting me/would try to charge me for the taxi. Honestly with my things already in the trunk I felt really unsafe at that moment and the guys that brought me from the hotel with the boat have left already. I kept asking for Bobo, until the point that they called him, after some time he came down and said that he is busy, so he hired another driver to take me. I was not happy with this, given I paid 65 euro for a single person transfer (!) and the quality of the car was really bad. It honestly was such a bad end of otherwise a lovely hotel stay. After I reported it, I didn't receive any refund or update about the situation."

"We had issues with our flight and could not make it to the hotel our first night - the boats dont go once its dark. They were very understanding and advised us a hotel nearby the port on Nosy Be and made arrangements for our transfer the next day! The staff made sure it was a wonderful time. They also bring coffee each morning and make sure your terrace is rain proof by gathering all the stuff each night. We went for a full board and everyday the lunch and dinner varried. They mentioned it"d be 80% fish, but we saw that if you prefer meat they can cater to that. The cocktails are also great and if you can't choose, just let them make you something and be surprised! The dog and cats were friendly, a big plus for us animal lovers."
