The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was also great, allowing us to explore the city with ease. "We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Manager Mr Miller was very helpful during the stay. We lost the phone in the cab on the way to hotel. Mr Miller was very helpful and proactive to help us trace the cab no from hotel CCTV camera. He guided us to the police station and gave the necessary information to liaise with the police. We got the phone back next day, all thanks to help from Manager Mr Miller"

"Had some issues with the power going out. When I reported it to staff, he tried telling me it wasn't a problem. No lights and no power points is a problem. Once the staff member got the manager it was very easy to communicate the issue and the problem was solved."
