"Świetne położenie obiektu. Dobra baza wypadowa po wyspie. Tuż obok dworca autobusowego i postoju busików (taxi collectif) oraz komunikacji miejskiej. Vis-a-vis parku, przy piaszczystej plaży. A do tego w centrum miasta, knajpki, bary, sklepy (uwaga większość wcześnie zamykana po wysokim sezonie). Smaczne śniadanie i ciekawy wystrój wnętrza obiektu"

"External noise at around 04:00 - 05:00 each morning from a municipal worker who cleans the park pavements opposite the hotel with a loud leaf-blower! This is not the hotel's fault, obviously, but light sleepers will require ear plugs."

"It's a classic hotel in Fort-de-France overlooking La Savane Park, near La Francaise Plage & much else. Fabulous restaurant La Joséphine on the 2nd floor - well worth going to. Very nice classical entrance, reception & café area with tables outside too."

"The lady who ran reception & café in the afternoon was abrupt & impolite - to me & others. Rooms are unavailable before 1600 whether ready or not. So with check-out at 1100 that means just 19 hours possible in the room. The other staff, especially in the restaurant were polite, friendly and nice. We got a room with balcony that has a great view of the park, tho if there's a concert, the noise would keep anyone awake. But it stops at midnight. That night anyway."

"We liked the location near the port, where we arrived by ferry from Saint Lucia. It is also close to everything in the center—shops and restaurants are all around. We liked the spirit of this old hotel, even the things that others criticize (such as noise from the street caused by local drumming). We take that as part of the Caribbean experience. The room itself was clean, with a balcony where we drank beer that we bought at the bar on the ground floor."

"I was on the fourth floor where there was some sort of a gathering of employees who were talking loudly and very noisy. Talking about noise - the nearby beautiful church started the day at 6 am with extremely strong and long bell rings!"
