"Beautiful peaceful environment. Authenticity, scenery, beach house with pool /like from a catalog/, the house had everything you need. Simple but nice. Mrs. Davina was helpful and available at any time."

"We were there at the beginning of the rainy season and in one of the bedrooms the ceiling dripped onto the bed when it rained. The accommodation is in the south of the island where you don't expect a busy life or lots of shops. Those are probably the only negatives."

"Issue at arrival as the house keeper did not get any information about our arrival. Many sea urchins on the beach and water shoes are needed. Fighting with the ants in the kitchen."

"Excellent villa with private pool, beach access and located in not so crowded area. Great service and attention from the staff. One day wi-fi was not working due to some technical failure and Davina personally spent time to make sure that technician fixed the issues. We went for fishing and caught some fish. Sapna did the cooking and curry was outstanding. Overall very clean, nice and well equipped property. Pool was a really nice bonus. Recommended for a romantic holiday."

"Just to set the expectations right. First of all - you need a car. There is nothing around in a walking distance. We rented a car from the person recommended by villa owners. Car condition was good, Collection and return with no hassle, except some misunderstanding with payment which was sorted out amicably. Make sure to get a receipt for your payment. Second - there is a direct access to the beach, but the ocean is not swimmable at this place. You can plunge in during the high tide and observe a number of different strange creatures during the low tide. Need a car to go to other beaches for swimming in the ocean, but you will need a car and will be exploring the island anyway. In general all these are not the problems, just the peculiarities that need to be noted."

"Die Lage war für uns optimal: direkt am sehr sauberen Meer, langer Strand der fast immer menschenleer war und im Süden gelegen, wo es viele Sachen gibt zum Erleben (Wasserfälle, Wanderungen, Vanille-Plantage, Märkte, etc). Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil."

"Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beklagen. Wenn jemand ein Luxusappartement sucht, könnte bei einigen Einrichtungsgegenständen und beim etwas zusammengewürfelten Einrichtungsstil etwas negativ überrascht werden. Für uns hat es gepasst und es war stimmig."

"In het zuiden is dit volgens gastvrouw Davina een chalet en klein, maar wat een ruimte! Met gemak zou je hier met meer personen kunnen verblijven. Er zijn er maar 2 slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed (waar met gemak nog 2 bedden in zouden kunnen) en de andere met een tweepersoons bed, een eenpersoons bed en het ledikantje. De tuin is prachtig met palmbomen, een eigen zwembad en alle tuinmeubels die je nodig hebt: een eettafel, een loungeset en twee ligbedden. De omgeving is rustig en heel mooi. Stap je aan het einde van het hek de tuin uit dan sta je op het rustige strand. Dat is heerlijk wakker worden met een kopje koffie op het strand! Restaurant/Hotel KOA vlak bij het chalet is een goede tip om te eten!"

"De beveiliging van het terrein lijkt wat overdreven. Het prikkeldraad langs het hek geeft, terwijl het ongetwijfeld juist bedoeld is je veiligheid te waarborgen, een onprettig, opgesloten gevoel. Dat de huurders van de villa door de tuin lopen naar het strand, dat er elke dag een schoonmaker voor het zwembad komt en je niet weet wanneer. Het voelde hierdoor toch minder privé dan we hadden gehoopt. Al bij het opstaan dacht ik: eerst aankleden voor de zwembad-man komt. Het zou voor gasten misschien fijn zijn als je de tijd weet dat hij komt. Wij hadden de pech dat het de maandag dat we aankwamen in Riambel ging regenen op Mauritius en dat af en aan is blijven doen tot wij zaterdag uitcheckten. Op de dinsdagnacht viel er zelfs meer dan 100 mm regen, waardoor er woensdagochtend een torrential rain warning van kracht ging. Het dak van het chalet maakt bij regen in de slaapkamer met alleen het tweepersoonbed heel veel geluid, het klonk alsof er een complete orkaan overtrok. In de andere slaapkamer hoorde je overigens nauwelijks dat het regende. Helaas is de overkapping bij het zwembad niet helemaal waterdicht, dus moesten we strategisch gaan zitten om niet onder de waterstraaltjes te zitten. Zonder regen was van het meeste niets te merken geweest, maar toch punten die genoemd mogen worden."

"Die Anlage ist wirklich einzigartig. Es ist ein super Lage um verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Davina war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich über WhatsApp sehr um uns gekümmert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen."

"Ideální místo pro základnu k výletům v jižní části ostrova. Domek je v oploceném areálu, kde má majitelka další 2 nemovitosti k pronájmům, ale vše hezky vyřešeno, takže na sebe vůbec nevidíte ani se nerušíte. Bazén čistý, denně udržovaný. Klimatizace fungovala bezproblémově. Dámy, které zajišťovaly úklid byly skvělé, vždy krásně čisto. Poblíž je veřejná pláž Saint Felix, rumérie Saint Aubin a především krásný národní park se svými zalesněnými kopci. Ve vedlejší vesnici je iránská pekárna - každé ráno čerstvé barety a croissanty přímo z pece, to nesmíte vynechat."

"Na fotografiích je vidět krásná pláž před domem. Ta je bohužel neudržovaná a už zarostlá rostlinným porostem, škoda. Ale vzhledem k tomu, že v okolí je mnoho krásných míst, tak nám to moc nevadilo."
