"I liked the location of the hotel, I feel like it is built around the inclusive idea as to not leave the hotel. Facilities were great, Booking got us an upgrade which I didn't expected and was quite a surprise, we got the premium room, treatment and we'd appreciated very much with my wife."
"Hotel has no complimentary shuttle service (which by the distance, should have free of charge!). Food could be better, Mexican food served at the buffets is amazing, the rest of the food is just average."
"The large rooms, the staff, the beach with the coco palms, entertainment, the food, the many, many, many swimming pools. It is a reallly great property and you have access to so many places, pools and restaurants. If you like swimming, you have to go to this place. And I liked the hydro therapy in the spa, which we got free for 1 hour."
