"Rezerwując przez booking nie masz wliczone śniadania w cenę zakwaterowania, zamawiając nocleg bezpośrednio w hotelu masz gratis;( cena za jedno Śniadane to 260 pesos) my byliśmy grupą 5 osobową przez 9 nocy i wyszła duża kwota. W hotelu jest dużo grup turystycznych i pielgrzymkowych. Jak jest grupa, to nie ma dobrej kawy (ekspres jest wyłączony i przykrywany czarnym nakryciem), jak grupa wychodzi ze śniadania to możesz poprosić obsługę o udostępnienie ekspresu.😀 Jak płacisz każdego dnia za śniadanie to pytają się czy dasz im napiwek za to że sprzedali Ci dodatkowe świadczenie w postaci śniadania ( może taka kultura ? - Ale Meksyk 🤣). W niektóre dni woda w basenie jest zimna."

"The hotel interior is beautiful, no doubt about it. The location is excellent because you can walk to several places. The staff was very friendly at all times, except for one occasion with a young woman who answered my room service call. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't have time to use the pool or try the cocktails at the bar, but the food at the restaurant was good."

"I didn't like that I paid the same price for two rooms that were not the same at all, one was bigger than the other, I wouldn't have bothered if they had reduced the price for the smaller one. The room was very noisy, everything outside could be heard as if the cars or pedestrians were next to my ears. There were a little cold nights and the blanket wasn't enough and they didn't have heating. In addition, the noise of the pipes every time the bathroom was used and the room above is exaggerated. Finally since I arrived there was a cotonette on the floor between the bureau and the bed, when I left I was still there, which told me that the cleanliness of the rooms is superficial."

"Staff were very friendly. Working lifts. There was a small indoor pool. We didn’t eat there but lobby was nice and dining room looked nice. TV/wi-fi was good. Shower was good and nice toiletries. Did a day trip from there to a hot air balloon, that was good value for money."

"No view from the room. Windows was only an internal light shaft. You could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. Air con we didn’t need but we did try, it was extremely loud! They were doing electrical work in the hallways so unable to sleep late. No cups for the coffee machine. Area was slightly dodgy near to the hotel, but ok for 2 of us together at night."

"Comfy beds, nice shower, safe and clean, we did not see the swimming pool however as we did not have enough time. Receptionist was super helpful and called our tour guide for us to clear the details of our tour."

"Nothing about the hotel but location. The main street where the hotel is located seems ok but there were some prostitutes around in some of the streets. Taxi drivers advised that it is a safe area."

"The cleaners throughout the building, but especially the room attendants, were efficient, proactive, and wonderfully kind. Every time we came back to the room it had been prepared immaculately. They are an absolute credit to the experience."
