"The room was clean. The lobby staff was very respectful and courteous. The cleaning crew was very polite and kind. The IT maintenance guy was very helpful. The hotel has a good location and a great view. We stayed in the 9th floor and we had an incredible view. The included breakfast was good too."
"The TV was small and the antenna didn't work but we were able to watch netflix. The room smelled humid but it wasn't super bad. It changed when we turned the a/c on and opened the curtains."

Overpriced food at the breakfast Bistro and rooftop restaurant. The rooftop restaurants Arrachera made for a all night bowl sitting session the poor housekeeping girl had to clean up."
