"This is a hotel where I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. It's very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and more. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. It's located by the lake and has a balcony with lake views. The location is excellent. Every evening you have the chance to dine accompanied by Nepalese music and dances. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich menu. The price-performance ratio is very good, in fact, the performance is very high quality. I especially want to praise the hotel staff. The employees are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the waiters, the cleaning staff, the chef who makes wonderful omelets every morning, but especially to the hotel manager, Mr. Puran Paudel. Mr. Paudel is very polite, helpful, and finds solutions to all your needs quickly. I left the hotel very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone."

"The enviroment is good . The location quiet and perfect for everything . I believe there is an old building and a new one with swimming . I stayed in the old side where the rooms lacks little bit of resort peculiarity . But nothing bad just a little bit lower then i expected . Ims ure the new building is much more comfortable ."

"The room was a little bit old included doors and furniture . The bathroom was a bit old too and there was no place to put your personal belongings , i needed to keep it on the desk in the room. There was no water the first day and there is not refrigerator . The bathroom is very cold duo the window that can not be closed . The water need 10 minutes to cme out hot ."

"Very good location close to the tourist's main street by the lakeside. Extremely helpful and very professional manager on the afternoon shift 23 Dec! He helped us to get one of the last night buses back to Kathmandu when our next morning flight was cancelled - organised tickets, taxi, contact person at the bus station. We only had 15 minutes to leave the hotel to catch the bus, but ended up with success. He made our stay memories enjoyable - BIG thank you! Overall hotel positive, good food service, cultural program in the evenings."

"Nice rooms and good resort facilities. Well located on lakeside with short walk into main part of town to organise trekking. Far enough away too as Main Street is very busy and noisy. Fewa Lake directly across the road which was awesome as well."

"It was a lovely, quiet location across from the river. It was only a 5 minute walk to the lake, along the river. Much preferred it here to the loud music and noise of the lake foreshore. Beds and rooms were super comfortable. They organised an early check in because rooms were available - very thankful."
