"This review is a little late, but that does not reflect how we feel about our stay. It was wonderful! You have the whole place to yourself (you don’t have to share with other guests, that is) which basically means you have your bedroom with en suite bathroom ánd a living room! You do share the rooms with a couple of teddy bears though, which we found delightful. Breakfast is simple but very good and Helen and Roy are the greatest hosts and interesting people - we really enjoyed our chats and as we fell deeply in love with New Zealand, we will be back!"

"Had to rent 2 bedrooms not just one. Not sure why. The Suite is not connected sadly and the lounge is down the hall. Was disappointed that at the very high tariff charged no cooked breakfast options were offered or available."
