"Hostel w doskonałej lokalizacji - to jego największy atut. Większość pokoi z super widokiem ale trzeba o nie trochę powalczyć przy zameldowaniu ponieważ z automatu możesz dostać pokój bez okna (z oknem w drzwiach wejściowych :). Najgorsze pokoje to 2,3 i 4. Upewnij się przed przyjazdem czy nie zostaną one Tobie przydzielone. Na zdjęciach są wrzucone zdjęcia najpiękniejszych pokoi - nie koniecznie taki otrzymasz. Jak zależy Ci na najlepszych pokojach to nr 1 i 20. The hostel's prime location is its biggest advantage. Most rooms have fantastic views, but you'll have to fight a bit for them at check-in because you might get a room without a window (with a window in the entrance door). The worst rooms are rooms 2, 3, and 4. Make sure you're not assigned one before you arrive. The photos show the most beautiful rooms—you won't necessarily get one. If you want the best rooms, choose rooms 1 and 20."

"Personel mógłby być nieco milszy - chodzi o "recepcjonistę nocnego" i Panią w kuchni, która potrafi zabierać talerz podczas śniadania jak jeszcze się nie odeszło od stołu :( Nie powinniście także wrzucać do jednego worka pokoi z widokiem z tymi co takiego widoku nie mają - bo potem jest rozczarowanie i niepotrzebne nerwy przy zakwaterowaniu - a człowiek jedzie do Was przez pół świata.. The staff could be a bit kindler - I'm talking about the "night receptionist" and the lady in the kitchen who can take away your plate during breakfast even before you leave the table :( You also shouldn't lump rooms with a view with those that don't - because then you'll be disappointed and have unnecessary stress when checking in - and you'll have to travel halfway around the world to get to you."

"This was a truly authentic Peruvian building that was brought to life by the enigmatic Ernesto from Madrid and his Peruvian wife and family. Every picture in the hotel tells a fascinating story which Ernesto was keen to share with us. The staff were proud to work there and for good reason. The rooms were situated in what seemed to be a mini village and one could easily picture how Cusco would have looked like in the last century from the views at the back of the property . This is an absolute gem of a hotel . Thank you so much Ernesto and your staff Mikey and Helen ( Egypt)"

"The staff were super helpful, the room was beautiful with such a nice view and the breakfast was very good for an included breakfast with made to order eggs. The bed was so comfy and we loved the location, right next to the square. There is a bit of a hill to get to the hotel but it’s expected in Cusco!"

"Our room has a stunning view of the town, the property is the uphill with 2-3 min walk to the main plaza. The staff are exceptionally helpful, they let us use the dinner room for our take away dinner."

"Feels like a mountain lodge but with all the cleanliness friendly staff and facilities of a good hotel. Great views over Cuzco over breakfast and from our room. Couldn't be improved in our view and we hope it stays just yhe same for our next visit."
