"Absolutely amazing stay! I spent 2 nights here, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco."

"This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always helpfull. Hotel is in a very good location in the San Blas area only 5 min walking distance from the main square. It's located in a quiet street so there's no noise nuisance. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in de neighbourhood. The breakfast is delicious and extensive. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also good. The beds are very comfortable and there is also a heater in the room present. Shower is great with a powerful and hot waterbeam. Free luggage storage is also available if needed."

"There were a couple of things broken in one of our rooms like a lamp and the fan in the bathroom, but this was no issue as the hotelstaff swiftly fixed everything. The only real issue we encountered was that the airport taxi, which we arranged through the hotel, was too small for a group of 4 persons with 4 big suitcases and 4 carry-ons. So unfortunately it wasn't a comfortable ride to the airport for us due to this."

"Location was excellent. Close to the centre of Cusco but in a quieter area. Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast didn’t cater fully for vegans but it was ok. I had avocado kindly prepared by the sweet waitress when she realised I couldn’t eat the platter they offered. There were breads and delicious homemade jams and cereal. Unfortunately no plant based milk but i used hot water to make a quinoa porridge and it was fine. I completely forgot about the checkout time but it wasn’t a problem and the member of staff Maria Luisa allowed me to take a quick shower and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. I was so grateful for that. (Thank you Maria!). I look forward to staying there again when i return to Cusco"
