"Decent location with lots of shops and eateries around, and easy access to get a quick cab to old san juan or walk to the beach in condado if you wanted. Very spacious room in a good clean basic hotel for a fair price considering the very expensive baseline for San Juan."

"Room had a bath, but no plug to use the bath - was informed that due to the poor state of plumbing the system can not handle the flow of water so can't use the bath."

"Perfect location near to all the amenities. We went for the Sanse festival and the hotel was right on the outskirts. Loved the rooftop area. Really enjoyed the view. There was a young lady on the night staff who was very accomodating and welcoming and that was greatly appreciated."

"The beds were not the most comfy and the bathroom was a bit musty smelling as there wasn't adequate air circulation. All in all it was still great value for money. Bus horns were a bit annoying all hours of the night but I assumed that was only because of the big festival going on at the time. Also the parking across the street was convenient but sometimes the staff at the front desk took a while to open it remotely for us."

"The location was good we could walk to most things. The bathroom light didn't work when we arrived but got fixed straight away."

"There was no coffee/tea making facilities in our room we had to purchase everything including mugs and spoons so we could have a hot drink at night and early in the morning."

"- Toilet gave trouble to flush even after plummer came and “fixed” - Had to ask staff to let you in/out of the parking garage - Shower did not get hot enough water - 2nd floor room got no sunlight (window looked out at an abandoned church) - no complementary coffee & no coffee machine in rooms. Coffee was available only until 12pm @ the bar and we had to pay."

"Location and proximity to the airport and Old San Juan; the rooftop lounging area with amazing views of the Condado Bay area and the ocean. Rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Lots of restaurants, a supermarket, a movie theater and free assigned parking across the street from the hotel. The 24 hour front desk staff members are very helpful and friendly."

"No individual remote control for the parking lot gate so you have to call the front desk to enter and exit the lot. They sell coffee in the morning but nothing else is available, so you'd have to go elsewhere for breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels but only one small hook so we used plastic hangars :( The mattresses are very hard and the pillows are too soft but if that works for you then you'll be fine. The carpets smell awful, like sweaty foot odor, and need to be cleaned. Lastly, the bath tub fills up when you shower and drains very slowly. I mentioned it to the housekeeping staff and the front desk but I don't think it was addressed."

"The customer service was friendly, welcoming, helpful. The smile from your team really indicates how much your hotel cares about the people they serve. This hotel is rated a ten in my book. The rooftop is a great place for mindfulness."

"The roof terrace was great, we enjoyed it and saw the new year fireworks. The room service was great and came daily to clean, in this time you appreciate it. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator & microwave. You have only aboput 15 minutes walk to the beaches like Playita del Condado or Balneario del Escambrón. There are some restaraunts in the area and a good supermarket Pueblo. The hotel has not enough parking spaces, but you'd definitely find a place on the street nearby. The Miramar neighborhood was quiet."

"As we entered the room we liked the room and couldn't complain. On the next day we started to realise that the carpet floor was copletely wet, as a reason all of our personal belongings and bed sheets were extremely humid. We asked the reception to solve it, they came and sproaded some powder on the floor, which didn't help. We think it has to do with condensation, as the rooms are being cooled constantly and the weather outside is warm. No teapot in the room, but a champangere yes. Dirty windows. The closet is in the bathroom, so you can just imagine what your clothes are getting if someone takes a shower etc. We had a view on the senior residence and directly to the neighbor window in that one grandmother laid on the verge, pretty hard and painful. You couldn't open the windows for an air circulation, which was needed because of the wet floor etc. Sometimes we had no hot water in the shower, sure after ca. 10 pm. Stupid sockets in the room and the bathroom. Slow wi-fi. The 100$ deposit was returned after a week."
