"Niewielki hotel w kamiennym budynku zlokalizowany nieco na uboczu w cichej i malowniczej okolicy. Gospodarz bardzo miły. Przy budynku bezpłatny parking. Główną zaletą obiektu jest dobrze utrzymany basen z leżakami i parasolami. Wokół basenu toczy się życie towarzyskie. Można skorzystać z ogrodowego grilla. Doskonałe miejsce do organizowania wędrówek po najwyższych górach Portugalii Sierra Estrela. Blisko do centrum Manteigas (ok. 1,5 km), gdzie znajduje się wiele restauracji, kawiarni, barów, sklepów i stacja benzynowa."
"Nieco mało urozmaicone śniadania. Szkoda, że nie było żadnych warzyw, nawet pomidorów. Do pokoi na piętrze prowadzą kręte schody. Dość uciążliwe do pokonania z ciężkimi bagażami."

"The house is very nice and located on a quiet road just out of Manteigas. There is nice looking outdoor pool but we visited in late November so it was really cold. In fact, it was freezing at night with frost in the morning. We were worried we would be cold but, luckily, the aircon in our room worked very well and the room we got was very small so the place warmed up very quickly and stayed warm. So visiting in winter shouldn't be a problem. The bed was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water in the shower. The host was pleasant and friendly both online and at the property. There is plenty of private parking. If you like cats, you will also like this place as lots of cats hang around the hotel grounds being fed by the owners. The breakfast was OK."

"Lovely place to stay in the Serra da Estrela. If you don't want to go out in the evening, buy food from the supermercado in Manteigas and dine al fresco by the pool. Microwave, kettle and fridges provided."

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."
"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
