"Nieduży apartament. Z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką. Czysto. W kuchni wszystko co trzeba. Były ręczniki i czysta pościel Bardzo wygodne łóżko. W części ogólnodostępnej można było bezpłatnie skorzystać z pralki z suszarką. Diego, nasz gospodarz bardzo pomocny, szybko odpowiadający na nasze pytania i prośby. Około 50 metrów od obiektu jest nieduży sklep spożywczy, a około a około 400 metrów duży sklep spożywczyu."

"Tuż obok jest pub/klub z muzyką graną wieczorem. To może być pewna niedogodność. Ale za to ten klub jest w niesamowitym obiekcie, naprawdę warto się tam wybrać. Ciekawe miejsce, oryginalne . I spokojne."

"The larger apartment is stylish and beautiful. It is well equipped to cook properly and everything works. The communal washing facilities were great and the assistance given by the owner's sister was top notch"

Safe, clean, has everything you need - hairdryer, washing up equipment, fresh towels, hot shower, cooker and oven and fridge, crockery and kitchenware, comfy bed with nice bedding, heater/cooling and table and chairs, TV, good electric points. Art. Nice decor."

"It is very conveniently situated for walking into town or for walking to the market in Pettirossi It is also good for catching buses. Staying in this part of town, you see much more of the real Asuncion than if you stayed in the posh suburbs. It was great to be able to wash clothes ( there's a very good washing machine). Also, when the electricity failed on that street, we were fine as emergency lighting came on immediately, and the TV and air con still worked! It is great value for your money."

"The rock bar nearby is rather noisy, but with the aircon on, you can avoid it disturbing you."
