"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok z okna, ładnie urządzone pokoje. Po przybyciu pani w recepcji oznajmiła, że dostaliśmy upgrade - pokój był większy niż zamawialiśmy i znajdował się na 27 piętrze."
"Mieszkaliśmy na 27 piętrze co było plusem bo widoki były piękne ale też minusem, bo na dachu kilka pięter wyżej był klub, co uniemożliwiało spokojny sen - cały apartament się trząsł, łącznie z oknami. Czystość również pozostawia trochę do życzenia, podłogi nie były czyste, znajdowały się np plamy czy włosy. Fugi w łazience również wymagają czyszczenia."

"I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was honestly perfect. The location is great, the facilities are excellent, and everything is well taken care of. But what truly made the difference for us was the staff. The doormen in particular were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I’ve experienced good service at other top hotels before, but here it felt real and sincere. You can actually feel when people truly care, and that was definitely the case here. The staff, especially the doormen, are the reason this hotel deserves a solid 10/10. We would absolutely come back."

"Loved mostly everything about our stay.. spacious and very clean rooms, so many free toiletries and great location."
"As we opted for an apartment that stated it has a fully equipped kitchen, we were abit disappointed that there was no toaster, washing up liquid, sponges or cereal bowls. One of the bathrooms shower was not working properly. One of the table lamps and switch in the bedroom was not working. Some drawers of the bedrooms were broken with their hinges loose, so we couldnt use them. Even though the rooftop pool was heated slightly, we couldn’t make use of it. The hotel AC was on everywhere and the weather was very windy too. Therefore as soon as you step out the water and get to your apartment on any a different floor, your lips are purple and shivering."
