"Jeżeli nie masz samochodu to wybieraj hotel koło stacji metra,ten hotel był ok 200m od linii żółtej, wszędzie dojedziesz,na lotnisko też,poza perłą,tam najlepiej wziąć taksówkę,obok dobra restauracja tex- mex.przyjechaliśmy nad ranem i mieliśmy zarezerwowane 2 noce ,mogliśmy zjeść śniadanie a hotel pobrał kasę tylko za 1 noc.jeżeli masz bilet na formułę1 to są ok 2 godzin aby dostać się z hotelu na trybuny,metro i tramwaj są wtedy bezpłatne i trzeba trochę iść ,od stacji metra są bezpłatne autobusy"

"I wish I had stayed more days. Mr. Aayush provided an excellent service. I was made to feel welcome. I was very tired after two separate flights and Mr. Aayush gave me a bottle of water. He also ensured that I did not have to wait for my room. Mr. Aayush has impeccable manners and the Millenium Plaza is lucky to have such a professional and polite member of staff on board. I did not book the hotel with breakfast included. The next day I woke up late and went to the Cafe. They went out of their way to cook an omelette which was really appreciated. Sashant and the Chef went out of their way to ensure I had something to eat. I also visited the Spa which was so clean and spotless. I was warmly welcomed by Yin and the team. Yin ensured that I had a bathrobe. I also had a wonderful relaxation massage and thank you. I will be returning again very soon. Absolute wonderful and fantastic hospitality."

"This was the nicest Millennium property we’ve experienced so far — with larger rooms, bigger common spaces, and a spacious lobby. The room itself was comfortably sized for a family stay. Check-in was smooth, and overall staff (including housekeeping) were polite and supportive. The rooftop pool area was a highlight — even though it was windy, the heated kids’ pool allowed both parents to sit comfortably with our baby, which made a big difference for us. Breakfast was solid, with a good selection of gluten-free breads and some vegan options. While not exceptional, it was reliable and enjoyable. The lobby also provided enough open space for our child to move around, which we appreciated given the lack of a dedicated play area. Overall, the hotel felt family-friendly, spacious, and well-run, and we’d rate the stay highly."

"The valet parking area is quite tight, especially for larger vehicles, and maneuvering can be a bit stressful. While valet service is available, pick-up and drop-off can take some time. Check-out was slower than expected, particularly because we had requested a business invoice at check-in, which still took time to prepare at departure. Breakfast coffee was nothing special, and while acceptable, didn’t match the overall quality of the hotel. There is no dedicated children’s playroom or play area, which would be a great addition for families. The bathroom layout wasn’t ideal for a family stay, as getting in and out of the bathtub involved steps, which felt inconvenient with a baby. There was one uncomfortable interaction with a cleaning member who, when our baby started crying, said: ‘Has your baby never seen a black person before?’ The comment felt inappropriate and unnecessary, and stood out negatively compared to the otherwise polite and professional staff."

"From Joseph in housekeeping to Tony at Breakfast my interactions with every member of staff was superb. The service was impeccable and the facilities were impressive. The gym had everything I needed and the room was huge especially compared with most hotels I have stayed at in the UK and Europe. At check-in there was some confusion as to whether I had prepaid and in relation to breakfast being included in my room rate, however the reason I have placed this comment in the positives section is because of the swift and professional way that this was dealt with. It set the tone for a very positive stay."
