"Bardzo, ale to bardzo przyjemny hotel. Wygodne wielkie łóżko (nie rozchodzi się jak w innych hotelach), przepiękny przestronny pokój, świetnie urządzony, naszpikowany elektroniką i „bajerami” (m.in. Wszystkie światła w pokoju i łazience, zasłony okienne, drzwi, jak i serwis i inne sterowane panelami ściennymi jak i tabletem). Dla gadżeciarza pokój marzenie 😎😁 Kuchnia, restauracja na dachu, przepiękny widok na każdą stronę Cluj, dania wyśmienite, świetne wino. Jedna z najlepszych i FENSI restauracji na mapie Cluj. No i najważniejsze, obsługa i serwis, pomocny, nierzucający się w oczy, zawsze są kiedy „pomyśli się”, że ich potrzebujemy. A i jeszcze jedna dla mnie mega ważna rzecz, kawa. Dobra, nic więcej nic mniej, po prostu dobra kawa."

"The blue nightlights that won’t come off disrupted heavily my sleep. Also the bathroom has only glass walls and during the night if someone goes to the bathroom the light comes everywhere."

"Excellent breakfast with fresh cooked and buffet options included. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was luxurious. Very modern with a lot of little touches that improved my stay (automatic curtains, music playing in the bathroom, good quality bathroom products). There is an additional benefit of an excellent restaurant on the top floor with a panoramic, 360 degree view of the city. Overall, a great hotel experience."

"The jacuzzi was great - although it sits by a window looking onto the main road with an office block opposite. This may not suit all customers. Perhaps a screen or different glass to hide bathers?"

"Everything! The moment you walk, to the little details in your room are just exceptional! Everything is well designed and thought out. Very nice hotel! The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, you will definitely get the best nights sleep here. The staff go above and beyond for you from front desk who catered a late check out for me with no problem. To the service who look after you in the bar and restaurants. Everyone here is so professional. I really enjoyed my stay here, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I will definitely be back!"
