"I like returning to this hotel. It's good value, centrally located, and its restaurant is truly excellent. The restaurant is open to hotel guests only, which Im not sure is an advantage really (you can bring your own guests only), but it is a beautiful terrace with a great view over the bustling streets below. The staff are really great. I would like to specially distinguish Miguel at the reception, who must have been trained at Sheraton at least - the one person there that would certainly fit any five-star hotel in Europe. Then restaurant is really good, especially beef dishes, although you may expect some differences in approach, for example Spaghetti Bolognese I guess should use thicker pasta and the addition of some spices might shock an Italian (cinnamon?). But still very good! The booking.com reservations include a room with a balcony, but not all rooms at this price include one, so make sure you get it while checking in."

"Hotel is a bit dated and certain things didn't work like the power switch in the first room so I asked for another. Then the remote then the TV didn't work.. all not really a problem and the staff were very helpful in trying to resolve but that's why I marked down a bit"
