"Hotel need to give to guest new Bedsheets pillows Blankets. Room are not clean. Cleaning staff is good. But they don't have new amenities"

"Before you took room in hotel please check and take"

"Good and strong wifi Slightly close to the masjid Al Haram Transport flows"

"Location is down the hill Cockroach and bed bugs No cleaning done before, during and throughout the stay First night , no sleep due to heavy fumigation used to eradicate cockroaches and bugs No supplies replacement Booking.com should remove the hotel from their list Mainly meant for a particular tribe in Nigeria Place not habitable So much control to the masjid Worshipping on the street."

"Good location close to Haram, but the rooms are not clean, many insects were found in the room and bathroom."

"Aucun."

"The location is not bad. It is not a 5-star hotel but with the money paid for the stay, the hotel has a great value for money. You have privacy, distance to Haram is walkable, good value for money, very good wifi (which wasn't the case for my previous stay in a 4-star hotel), plenty of shops in the neighrborhood, friendly staff (big up to Mustafa :) ). If you are single or with friends, why ask for more?"

"Cleanliness can be improved. It is recommended for young people but may be not that much for old ones as the distance to Haram is around 15-min walk and contains a slope."

"Staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean and many restaurants around the area. Used Google maps to find them inside the nearby streets. Hotel is not far from Haram but you need to go up and down Jabal-e-Umer, which was okay for us about 15 minutes walk. We sometimes booked a taxi that was 10 Riyals from Masjid Bin Ladin to Haram and walked the way back since taxis were asking double fare from Haram."

"Not anything annoying really except that there are roadworks around the area but is okay as the hotel staff helped us with the luggage"

"Very friendly staff, Especially brother at night working Also the two brothers on front desk excellent service"

"I dont have anything to say about dislikes. Everything excellent"

"Everything was good but the washroom was too small.because we were travelling with infant."

"Aucun."

"The distance from the hotel to Masjid Al Haram is Ok..The room is clean.."

"Rooms are small ..."

"The location is also good It should be nearby Haram"

"Good"

"I only spent some hours until we received our room in another hotel but honestly the room was very clean the staf were very polite and helpful the price was more than acceptable I recommend it for low budget trips"

"The triple room was extremely small we could put the prayer mat to pray"
