"I had a great stay at the WA Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff really make the difference. A special mention to the receptionist, AbdulSalam — he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth during my stay. His attitude and support genuinely stood out. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"It was an absolutely amazing experience. The Hotel is in excellent condition, everything was clean, modern and well-maintained. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight of the stay perfect for relaxing after the Umrah. For sure, this will not be my last stay. "The breakfast was very good. Variety of food. Overall the stay was very good. Nevertheleas the google location of this hotel was not accurate. My uber brings me to the wrong place. However, the staff that we called give the uber driver the correct location. Will definitely book this hotel again."
"Normally the hotel in Saudi will give a welcoming arabic coffee and dates. We did not get it when we arrive in the lobby. Miss this cultural tradition of Arabic hospitality."
