"PL : Hotel prawie w centrum... ciekawa winda i fajny basen ! Wifi OK ! Pokój duży , lodówka , trochę słaby prysznic ale można korzystać. Do sklepów blisko i do ATM też. W barze dobre jedzenie i piwko ! Recepcja bardzo pomocna ! Można wymienić walutę ! Ogólnie wszystko dobrze ! ENG : Hotel almost in the center... interesting elevator and nice swimming pool! Wifi OK! Large room, fridge, a bit weak shower, but you can use it. Close to shops and an ATM. Good food and beer at the bar! Reception very helpful! You can exchange currency! Overall, everything is good!"

"Great place to stay, very central. The new owners of the hotel were very hospitable and are making some needed upgrades. The room was very clean with a comfortable new bed and bed linen, Loved the bar restaurant Troppo, all the staff was fantastic food at the restaurant was fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit to Honiara and I will stay at the King Solomon."

"No free internet connectivity in the rooms. Pool is quite murky, probably because swim in it with all their clothes on instead of proper swimwear."

"Usually stay at Mendana, Heritage Park or Coral Seas but they have become ridiculously expensive and no longer offer a value proposition. Aircon was good, nice fridge, hot water to shower."

"Good location - a quirky Solomon Island feel to the place -not a bland international hotel"

"Needs some refurbishment - looking a little run down at the edges. Built on a hillside and the many wooden steps are slippery when wet. Hard to see the funicular controls in low light had to use my torch. There are still additional steps - slippery for me aged 72 and using a stick"
