Agnes Cottage - Emerald

"Wspaniała właścicielka Agnes. Od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Już przed przyjazdem zatroszczyła się o nasz transport i wysłała zapytanie o taksówkę. Nie musieliśmy się tym martwić. Przywitała nas świeżo wyciskanym sokiem z owoców z własnego ogrodu. Dodatkowo przyznała nam domek dla nowożeńców, nazywa się Diamond. W środku domek bardzo czysty i komfortowy, urządzony lekko w stylu glamour. Rano czekało na nas pyszne śniadanie. Agnes podała nam znów świeżo wyciskany sok, każdy dostał talerz owoców z ogrodu, jogurt z musli, omlet z bekonem, pieczywo i słodka bułka do kawy. Czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Dodatkowo dała nam butelkę świeżego soku na plażę. W dniu wyjazdu mieliśmy prom powrotny o godzinie 17.00. Mimo iż doba hotelowa kończy się o 10.00 pozwoliła nam zostać do końca. Wspomnę również że w pierwszym dniu załatwiła nam również nowiutkie rowery z wypożyczalni. Jeśli mielibyśmy tam wrócić to tylko do Agnes."

"Bardzo dobra jakosc do ceny, gospodynia Agnes byla bardzo pomocna, zorganizowala taxi z/do przystanii, poradzila, ktore plaze i jak najlepiej zwiedzac na wyspie, gdzie jest najlepsze take-away, sama upiekla dla nas pyszne ciasto bananowe."

"Wspaniałe miejsce! Domek jest czysty, codziennie sprzątany, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne - serwowane są owoce, tosty, omlety, codziennie byliśmy najedzeni. Agnes to najlepsza właścicielka! Dba o klientów, może zorganizować transport lub wycieczki, a przede wszystkim przygotowuje pyszne posiłki i desery np. mus z awokado, mus z papai, ciasto z awokado. Polecam także kolację, która przygotowuje mąż Agnes."

"Very beautiful environment. The hostess was nice, helpful and attentive. We felt very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and the dinners even better :-) The possibility of renting a bike was a perfect bonus. We would love to come back again."

"Her place is surrounded by beautiful gardens, her cottage was clean, spacious, it has a full kitchen and a washer. The cottage has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view of her garden."

"Our experience at Agnes cottage was one of a kind! It felt like we visited relatives to spend some time at their place. Agnes and Xavier know exactly how to treat their guests and make them feel like home. The apartments are fully equipped and even have a washing machine which really helped us refresh our clothes and continue our trip. The place is quiet and close to supermarkets and takeaways while the beach is a few minutes away. One of the days we stayed we had bbq and the food that Xavier and Agnes prepared was excellent fresh fish, salads, meat, all cooked to perfection! We will definitely go back!!! We miss our time there already..."

"The accommodation had everything we needed and was the perfect size for two people. The air conditioning worked great, and the location was very central — ideal for exploring the island. The furnishings made the space feel warm and homely, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Agnes is a wonderful host with a lovely personality. She made sure we were comfortable at all times and truly went above and beyond. One evening, she organized and cooked a fantastic BBQ dinner for us, which we really enjoyed. She also arranged a beautiful sunset tour during our stay. We would absolutely stay with Agnes again on our next visit to La Digue!"

"Just a few very minor points to mention: the shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but the convenient outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. The mattress was slightly worn and saggy, but we still slept well."

"The cottage is a very lovely place! We could not find a better location for our two week holiday on the Seychelles! Agnes does a great job and she succeeds in making you feel on top! She even won an award for her location and she really deserves it!!!"

"Agnes is the heart of her little accomondation, consisting of four separat appartmens, all well equipment with a kitchen, washing machine, private balcony and AC. WiFi is working properly. We decided for her place primarly due to the positive rating, which we can confirm. Its well deserved. The breakfast option was the best during our trip to the Seychelles. Agnes offered a wide variety including eggs, bacon, cheese, toast, jam, joghurt, coffee/tea, juice and a huge fresh fruit platter every morning. We even got to try her homemade banana bread. We loved it! The 3 course dinner, which she offers every day except sundays, is also highly recommened."

"The first appartment was a bit older, the bed wasn‘t that comfy and big. After the first night she moved us to the recently renovated Diamond appartment, which was definetly a great and complimentary upgrade!"
