W łazienkach dostępne przybory kosmetyczne i przyzwoite ręczniki, w pokojach czajnik i herbata/kawa. Śniadania typu kontynentalnego, mało zróżnicowane, ale produkty spożywcze w dużej ilości, smaczne, świeże i na bieżąco uzupełniane. Na miejscu dostępne są soki, koktajle, smoothie. Hotel oferuje część relaksacyjną (sauna) z obowiązkową wcześniejszą rezerwacją/zgłoszeniem. Parking (*niewielki) na zapleczu budynku. Personel przyjazny, kontaktowy, pomocny. "Pokoje szczytowe i na najwyższej kondygnacji mają niższą temperaturę ogrzewania niż pośrednie, akustyka pozostawia trochę do życzenia, pokoje mogłyby być staranniej sprzątane (przy dłuższym pobycie). Zasłonka pod prysznicem to raczej kłopot niż ułatwienie. Zajęty parking hotelowy oznacza konieczność korzystania z odpłatnej strefy parkowania miejskiego."

"We stayed at Hotel Esplanade for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the town centre—and the free parking was a big plus. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight was the breakfast in the morning, which was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
