"An old herrgård, nicely kept, it feels like spending a night in a museum. The gardens are beautiful and give the hotel a calm and relaxing vibe, despite nearby road and industry. The little spa is a nice touch and quite new, plus we had a private sauna in our room. Breakfast was nice, too."
"The beds were far too soft. That needs to be changed. There were very loud guests smoking and drinking in front of the main building, until midnight, when finally the manager told them to go to a different spot, because several guests had complained. I would have appreciated it, if they had done something about the noise a little bit faster."
"Came to ride some of the bikepaths /sykkelleder in the area. Found a good loop, the Trollhättan-Vänersborg loop. The Ronnums Herrgard staff accommodated locking the bikes away at night. There are several bike paths crossing the area."
