Set in the Kenda family manor house, Kendov Dvorec is located in the village of Spodnja Idrija, on the bank of Idrijca River and overlooking the ancient parish church dating back to 1156. It features a lush garden and an à-la-carte bar that serves traditional homemade specialties. Rooms at Kendov Dvorec are equipped with 19th-century antique furniture. All rooms are decorated with details originating from the local ethnologic heritage. "breakfast was fine although my fault that when I pushed back my chair one leg went into soft soil of a flowerbed and I was tumbled into very thorny large rose bush !!!! It drew blood ......"

"Obiekt leży w uroczej, spokojnej okolicy, z której jest blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji tej części Słowenii. Również nie dłużej niż 1,5 h zajmuje dojazd do dalszych miejsc typu Postojna, Bovec itp. itd. Apartamenty są wykończone bardzo dobrze i mają ponad przeciętne wyposażenie. Nie brakowało nam zupełnie niczego. Są też przestronne. Rodziny z dziećmi na pewno będą się czuły komfortowo. Z czystym sumieniem polecam te apartamenty."
