"Rooms are brand new, very clean with modern fixtures and lounge area outside. Staff is on site and helpful if you have questions."

"Hotel difficult to distinguish from street as no name posted and front is under construction. Where to go needs to be clearer. Also, there was no power at night so very hot and uncomfortable, since windows are very small with no bug screens. Having no power is not fault of hotel, the whole city is affected by this and has been for many months. Few hotels are willing to run their own generators very long because of the fuel price."

"It was lovely to be so close to nature and be able to walk through the rain forest to 3 different beaches and a ruined fort. Our host arranged pick up and drop off to from and to the airport and our driver took us on a very interesting day trip around the northern part of Principe. He was also happy to take us into Santo Antonio for water, fruit, vegetables and meals."

"Kemmiu Guest House to najlepsze miejsce, w którym mieszkaliśmy na São Tomé. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i gościnny. Łóżka są wygodne, obiekt jest przestronny, a każdy pokój wyposażony jest w klimatyzację. W prysznicu zawsze była ciepła woda i dobre ciśnienie co jest rzadkością na tej wyspie. Obiekt jest monitorowany i znajduje się w bezpiecznej okolicy."

"The interaction with the owner was excellent. He is attentive to customer needs and even assisted us in renting a car on the island, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. Breakfast was served à la carte, with two available options: scrambled eggs or toast with ham and/or cheese. The bathroom was equipped with only hand soap, with no shower gel provided, so it may be best to bring your own. Location is great, there are several very good restaurants within a 10-minute walking distance, making lunch and dinner convenient. The city also felt safe to walk around, even in the evenings, which added to the overall comfort of our stay."
