"There are not a lot of food options around the hotel so it is worth ordering dinner at the hotel restaurant before 5 pm. Otherwise it is closed and most places close early. We had to order Grab for dinner which is fine too."

"ホテル併設のカフェは、夜は開いていなかったです。夜に食事したい場合はルームサービス（その日はテリヤキの1種類だけでした）か、近くのセブンに行って食料を調達するしか方法はないです。 （めちゃくちゃ美味しいし美しいテリヤキプレートを用意してくれました！） バスルームは、謎の水漏れがありました。が、我慢できないこともないです。"

"The internet was very slow; so slow the connection could not stream movies at full quality. The location is about 45-55 min south of Chiang Mai, so be aware of that. If paying for breakfast, order off the normal menu and forgo the pricey breakfast sets. 5 steps up room, so be aware if handicapped. The power went out in the morning and the water pressure also went out (perhaps due to power issue). The worst was the persistent septic smell in the bathroom from drain venting from septic."

"Das Hotel hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre durch die vielen tropischen Pflanzen, die einem Schatten spenden bei der prallen Sonne. Es wird im Zimmer, als auch im Außenbereich und dem Restaurant viel wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Wir haben jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Handtücher bekommen und unser Zimmer wurde generell aufgeräumt. Als wir nach einem Taxiunternehmen in der Nähe gefragt haben, haben die Damen an der Rezeption alles getan, um uns ein Taxi zu organisieren. Eine der Damen hat uns im Endeffekt zu unserer Sicherheit über die Straße begleitet und uns geholfen einen Bus zu bekommen, was wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Service ist. Das Frühstück morgens ist sehr sättigend, lecker und auch günstig. Außerdem konnten wir ohne Aufpreis früher einchecken, was uns sehr gefreut hat."

"Durch die abgelegene Lage war es erst schwer in die Stadt zu kommen, da dort keine Taxen fahren und die Busse nicht unbedingt regelmäßig kommen, jedoch war die Wartezeit bei den Bussen nie besonders lange und sie halten quasi direkt vor dem Hotel."
