"A lovely collection of bungalows around a garden area. Spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful owners who were kind enough to leave me some fresh fruit as a snack. Also guests can use the pool area of the neighboring resort which is a nice bonus. Close to Everything you would need in Kai Bae. The owners have a great plan for the area in the front of the resort and wish them every success with it."

"Very close to the main road of Kai Bae with all restaurants, 7/11, bars etc. The house was clean, the A/C wasn’t loud, the internet works well. Nothing to complain about, stayed there for the third time. :)"

"Location was close to the town and a lot of restaurants and bars. For a short stay, the hotel was okay, everything worked well. I appreciated the complimentary water and toiletries. The kettle is available. Anyway do not expect any luxury. The bed was harder than usual which I didn't mind but for some people could be uncomfortable."

"The chairs on the terrace were not super clean. There is no beach, you have to walk a bit. Surrounding is not super awesome."

"The area has lovely trees and plants and the design of the chalets is such that it feels very private. The shaded terrace overlooking the gardens is great - and there are rails for drying clothes. The large glass doors are tinted so feel private and cool. The bed is large and a bit hard. there is good space for putting and hanging clothes. The shower works well, the lighting is good. The receptionist (Dah) is very pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and Kai Bae beach is less than 10 minutes and good for walking and swimming."

"The wash basin is a bit small. It would be great if there were an area where we could wash clothes in a bigger sink."

"Great location, great value, staff were lovely, even although we never asked for the rooms to be serviced, they left coffee toilet tissue and bottled water on the terrace every day."
