"Resteuracja i bar przy plaży, klimatyczny. Bardzo mila opcja kolacji serwowanej przy plazy, o zachodzie słońca dla gosci których pobyt przekraczał 7 dni. Ludzie świetnie się bawili na codziennej dyskotece."

"Very average hotel, the food and drinks and lack of entertainment for the price you pay is not good."

"False advertising. As soon as you enter it has a very bad Air Conditioning which is awful for somewhere as hot as 38-40 degrees In the summer which we did come in July. The AC in the room was also very bad and the highest(coldest) ones are still feeling like a regular fan So sleeping is not easy in the heat. The overall feel is very old and definitely does not feel luxury for the price you pay to stay here and how they advertise themselves as 5 stars hotels. The food is very average and not a great selection for the price you pay to stay here, lack of entertainment throughout the day is also very disappointing. The gym was not maintained at all so it is really rusty and small, lack of selection of equipment which ruins the experience as it advertises gym and spa facilities. The beach is ok but you have to pay to have a bed or private hut which costs 40 euros per day on top of your inclusive stay! On top of that, the staff always took very long when we asked for amenities like new towels or iron. We also had problems with our room door and the safe because the battery was finished. Genuinely all very unnecessary problems which they can very much avoid if they took care and maintained the overall place. Lastly, some of staff were not very helpful and were rude unless you tip them. But I believe we met few staffs like Said that are very nice to us and we bonded throughout the trip. Would definitely not return or recommend this play to anyone planning to stay."

"Die Umgebung rund um das Hotel hat uns weniger überzeugt. Wenn man etwas außerhalb des Hotels unternehmen oder entdecken möchte, muss man relativ weite Strecken fahren. Für einen reinen Hotelurlaub ist die Lage perfekt, aber für Ausflüge eher weniger geeignet."

"Le personnel et les animateurs étaient super, la chambre était toujours propre, avec beaucoup d’intention, serviette plier en forme de signe, même mes doudou était bien ranger sur les oreillers, l’hôtel sentait bon, la plage était super proche, le cadre était magnifique, la piscine un peu petite mais suffisante"

"Les ascenseurs sont trop anciens et donc y’a trop d’attente. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement, il y avait des cheveux et du sang sur les coussins. L’hôtel est très vieux et le mobilier ancien. Il n’y a pas de fer à repasser dans les chambres alors qu’on avait appelé pour savoir s’il y en avait un et on nous avait confirmé que oui. Le choix du mini bar très restreint, il y avait seulement de l'eau pétillante et de l’eau plate. Les repas sont répétitifs et cela devient vite écœurant lorsqu’on reste plus de 4 jours. Il y a pas de choix de plat pour les personnes végétariennes."
