"Wydaje sie ze hotel lata swietnosci ma juz jakis czas za soba, chyba powoli nalezaloby pomyslec nad jego renowacja. Natomiast lokalizacja dobra, bo mimo sporej odleglosci od centrum miasta, dzieki pobliskiej linii tramwajowej, mozna latwo dotrzec do najciekwaszych turystycznie miejsc. Jedynie w godzinach szczytu tzramwaje byly mocno zatloczone. Z taksowkam podobnie, poza szczytem w krotkim czasie mozna bylo dotrzec do wybranego celu."

Ponadto, przychodzac w srodku okienka sniadaniowego (ok.09:00 rano) trudno bylo znalezc wolny stolik. ,"

"Dobra lokalizacja. Standard jest OK, zgodny ze zdjęciami. Było czysto. Ogrzewanie/klimatyzacja działało prawidłowo. Śniadania są smaczne, duży wybór serów i pieczywa, są dostępne także typowe tureckie słodycze."

"We stayed a total of 5 nights. Room was great. Quiet. Clean. Like the layout with Twin beds. Very comfortable beds. Room service was good. Replenish our drinks daily. Spread at the breakfast of local delights is delicious. The best that the hotel offers is the high standard of staff service. My sister and I arrived late on a wet and cold night ( 1.20am flight). We were welcomed warmly by EROL, staff on duty at the reception. He patiently explained all that we need to know about the hotel and how to move around Istanbul. Another staff to be commended is the waiter at the restaurant. His name is SOBON, an Indoneisan. Good service. I apologise that I did not take down the names of the gentlemen who helped us with the luggage bags, gave an Istankul bus card to us and helped us with borrowing umbrellas when it rained. A big thank you! Eresin hotel Topkapi is fortunate to have such good service staff. Thank you!"

"The location. A little out from the main attractions. However, there is a tram line just outside the hotel which is a plus to the hotel. Price is a little too high for the room."

"Erol, the receptionist welcomed us warmly when we arrived at 2am on a wet and cold night. His good service made us feel comforted and at home. The next day, Sadewa the waiter attended to us at the restaurant. He was patient and helpful. Excellent service from these staff. 👍 Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Room is spacious and warm. Location is good with tram station just outside the hotel. Convenient."

"The amenities were not as one would expect in a 5 star . They were like a 3 star hotel . The safe wasn’t working and they didn’t replace even after complaining ."

"The food from room service was very nice. The staff members Emre and Aykuti were very lovely and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect for the outings we did. Really liked the hotel."
