"The staff was really kind at all times, very helpful. They really make it their biggest goal to satisfy everyone. I loved how well prepared the room was, with all additional useful items: hair-dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, calm, even a razor and the shaving cream!! The gym alongside with the pool were more than enough. Moreover the restaurant and food served was delicious. Huge congrats to the team! Will come back for sure"

"Impressive organized activity all day long for kids and adults. Kids activities Beach Violley Evening shows Dancers and singer were impressive. We had a sea-view room over looking the swimming pool and of course the sea. The staff at times were attentive, fairly friendly and would sollicite you regularly if you needed a drink or something. Specially in the lobby and terrace area. Buffet was great, it seemed to me that they were always fresh and a bit varied every night. The hotel is 3 minute walk to Pallazo Golf and 20 minutes to the Land of the Legends The location is very good."

"The room is not at all sound proofed. You could hear people walking in the corridor and what's happening in the next room across the walls. Curtains closed and lights off, lights from the corridor through the door was impressive. It's logic that the corridor noise can easily be heared in the room. The toilet was fine. The shower regulator in our room was loose and had to needed to be changed. The minibar, was not at all cooling the drinks. The refrigerator mainly served as a heater instead. The television is obsolete version of a smart TV. Mirroring with personal electronic is not possible. I was expecting "a la carte" restaurant to be a calm cosy place to dine at but it was rather the contrary. There were merely two waiters in the Italian restaurant, and right from the moment that we sat in, they were stressed, moving rapidly, taking orders and serving at an inconfortable speed. We stayed for 30 minutes, and could not bear the noise of banged plates and utensils as they were collecting finished plate from one table to another. The wine, life is too short to drink bad wine."

"The location of the hotel is great for land of legends - it’s a walking distance. And the food was phenomenal. It was the best we’ve had in an all inclusive, and the Halloween themed evening was great. They went to so much trouble! All staff were friendly and helpful, we really really enjoyed our stay."
