Orange County Alanya

"Wszystko nam się podobało"

"Bardzo fajny hotel, czystość niestety pozostawia trochę miejsca na poprawę. Nie jest mocno brudno ale pokuj Pakistan tło też na cały tydzień, mam tu na myśli mycie toalety, umywalki i prysznica, codziennie ścielenie łóżek i zamiatanie podłogi. Mini barek niby uzupełniamy codziennie ale trzeba się o to upominać, mało kto mówi po angielsku. W barach często brakuje jakichś składników do drinków."

"“First of all, we were very satisfied with everything at your hotel. Especially your reception manager, Ms. Nurcan, was very kind, helpful, and polite. All the staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. My children also had a lot of fun. We keep coming to your hotel regularly and we will continue to do so. Thank you, Orange County ☺️☺️🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️😎😉"

"We did enjoy the hotel facilities, activities and staff."

"The majority of the staff speaks only Turkish and Russian which I find very difficult to interact with them to get information."

"The stay was amazing everything was beyond our expectations. Would recommend to everyone. Although a member of staff was rude and lift trauma everything else was fantastic. The entertainment, food, pools all the other staff were superb. You must stay there as the problems we face can be sorted by Orange county."

"All the staff was amazing there apart from when we first checked in the porter who helped us take our luggage upstairs asked us to pay him money for helping us upstairs. If he didn't ask we probably would have given him something. Because we ignored his greedy comment he slammed the tube door and went. Very rude. Also the first day we checked in we were at fifth floor and heading up our lift stop and started dropping in speed. My children were crying and were traumatised as it happened a few times. We thought we were going to die. After the event no one checked we were ok and provided any feedback. My children were so traumatised they never used the lift go get to the swimming pool they had to walk 7 floors down. Also my AC didn't cool the room down. We had two rooms but one even though technician checked ot was still not cool enough."

"Kíváló személyzet, jó ételek, tengerpartra nyíló szoba és a part közelsége mind hozzájárultak a csodás nyaraláshoz."
