"Śniadanie smaczne, ale również w nadmiarze i w dużej części przeznaczone na marnowanie - jestem zwolennikiem bufetów. Hotel typu experience. Bardziej teatrum, niż obiekt użytkowy z pominięciem ergonomii w projektowaniu. Z tego powodu zawładnięty przez instagramerów. Wiedziałam o tym przed pobytem i dlatego też (również z powodu wysokiej ceny apartamentów) byliśmy tam tylko 1 dobę. Ładne powitanie z herbatką i dobrym ciastkiem - sympatyczne."

"Słabą stroną jest restauracja hotelowa, a w takim obiekcie posiłki też powinny być teatrum - są drogie, zwykłe i kiepskie. Dobry i sympatyczny personel z wyjątkiem 1 Pana w recepcji - chyba ważnego w hotelu, ale niesympatycznego i podkreślającego na każdym kroku, iż klienci nie są wartością dodaną w tym hotelu i mają niejako zasłużyć na wyróżnienie pobytu.. On jest reżyserem, a Klienci mają odgrywać właściwą rolę. Dla mnie hotel stanowił stylistyczną ciekawostkę, ale dla moich znajomych był zbyt mało neutralny na pobyt."

"Absolutely one of the most stunning hotels I’ve stayed in! It’s more than a hotel… it is unique and impressive in so many ways. I felt I’d entered through the front doors in to another time and place. The staff were very helpful, kind and thoughtful. My room, Fairies Nest was divine, I felt I was sleeping in a decadent castle. The swimming pool was so beautiful and warm I didn’t want to leave. I loved every moment of my stay. I hope to return one day!"

"Loved the theme of the hotel, the staff were amazing and friendly. Enjoyed the welcome drink/cake, being shown around and given some history of the making of the hotel. The Turkish breakfast included was excellent and took us a couple of hours to eat it all. A fire in our sanctuary suite elevated our comfort level. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna."

"Very unique hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and helpful at all times. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection and very tasty. Parking was as a valet service which was incredibly helpful."
