"The room was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also big. The photos accurately show what the room looks like. The staff were helpful and always supportive. The hotel location is good if you care about being close to buses, the train station, convenience stores like 7-Eleven, and within walking distance to some local attractions."

"When booking, I recommend keeping in mind that the hotel is located in the “old part of the city” and in the central area, which can be noisy and may sometimes come with unpleasant sewage smells from outside."

"Very well located to the train station and major bus stops and within walking distance of Shennong Street and several key attractions. The front desk were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. The free snacks/drinks near the entry are a lovely touch and were much appreciated."

"This was our favorite hotel during our 10 day stay in Taiwan. The room was spacious, the beds confortable and the location very convenient. The staff was friendly and one young lady gave us lots of good advice about sightseeing in the city in very good French and English!"

"どのスタッフの方も対応が素晴らしく、とても印象に残っています。初日はホテル到着が遅くなりましたが、1階のラウンジで台湾クラフトビールを購入し、備え付けの無料スナックで一杯やりながらゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。お部屋も広く、窓側のカウンターで仕事ができたほか、外で買ってきた軽食やドリンクを楽しめたのも良い思い出になりました。立地も台南駅から徒歩圏内で申し分なく、素晴らしいホテルでした。"

"Great and patient staff... Earthquake hit while staff was arranging for a next-day taxi. Didn't stop what they were doing for a moment (although they probably should've). Room was obviously recently constructed (or renovated) : very modern, minimalistic feel. Bathroom had a bidet. Shower and bathroom were all granite and slate. Name was easy for taxi drivers to understand and find on mapping apps."

"Dark. The room was not well lit. We had to use the emergency flashlight to read the buttons on the room safe. Reading a book was almost impossible (no reading lights). This may not be an issue for most but it was kind of annoying."
