"First time visiting Jaz Elite Aurora in Zanzibar, and it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that make it easy to relax the moment you step in. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with plenty of delicious options and consistently great quality. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a swim-up room, which made the experience even more special waking up and stepping straight into the pool was a real treat. The padel courts were fantastic and a great addition to the stay, and whenever the hotel hosted entertainment in the evenings, it was always lively and enjoyable. All in all, an incredible first visit to Zanzibar. Jaz Elite Aurora delivered a wonderful experience, and we’d happily return."

"The hotel has a policy that only allows one child per room. I had two young children with me, and I was forced to book an additional room for the second child. Even though we didn't even use the second room, I still had to pay for it because 'that’s the policy.' Unless this policy changes, I unfortunately will not be returning."

"Difficult to get reservations in restaurants even though they are empty. They say they cannot accommodate more guests. Not sure what will happen at full capacity as the hotel was very quiet and empty"

"Also die Lage wenn man Ruhe möchte ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns viele Teile der Insel angeschaut und waren jedesmal glücklich wieder in die Ruhe zu kommen. Man wird total verwöhnt und es gibt herrliches Essen. Der Stil des Hotels ist sehr einladend und es gibt auch herrliche Massagen und ein tolles Fitnesscenter. Die Mitarbeiter sind besonders freundlich."
"Bei Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit sollte man ein wenig aufpassen. Alles top hygienisch allerdings kommt gefühlt überall Milch und Joghurt rein auch wenn man es gar nicht erwartet."

"Gostámos muito de todo o staff, sem exceção. O General Manager Domenico é fantástico e sempre atento a todos os pormenores. O responsável Hardik da parte da restauração é super prestável e muito competente. O funcionário do bar junto a uma das piscinas Fredy é uma simpatia e muito prestável. Enfim, não me lembro do nome de todos, mas são maravilhosos. Sem esquecer a cozinha. O chefe de cozinha é muito competente e prestável. Tivemos uma noite de fim de ano fabulosa, um manjar digno de reis. Obrigada pela semana fantástica que proporcionaram à minha família."

"Veramente favoloso! La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il nyerere National park. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ha organizzato per noi la visita al parco. Anche lo staff è preparato e gentilissimo. Lavorano al campo anche dei Masai che ti accompagnao la sera in camera e ti aiutano con le valige. La struttura affaccia direttamente sul fiume in una posizione sicura e rialzata e da qui si può organizzare un safari in barca della durata di circa due ore in cui si possono vedere coccodrilli, vari tipi di uccelli e ippopotami. La vista dalla camera è dalla zona comune è spettacolare. La camera è pulita e spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa. Ulteriore nota positiva è il cibo, cucinato internamente sul fuoco e veramente buonissimo. Ogni dettaglio del campo, dagli alloggi alla cucina, è curato e garantisce un'esperienza immersiva. Riassumendo....meraviglioso e fortemente consigliato."
