"Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pani w recepcji była bardzo pomocna. Nie jestem z Ukrainy, słabo mi idzie mówienie po ukraińsku ale rozumiem po ukraińsku, Pani naprawdę starala się mówić w taki sposób abym wszystko zrozumiał z miłym uśmiechem. W pokoju było czysto i cicho, a woda w łazience gorąca i pod dużym ciśnieniem, to na duży plus, gdyż z tym w hotelach w Ukrainie bywa różnie, tutaj było super. Nie wiem, czy jeszcze kiedyś będę w tej miejscowości ale jeśli tak to na pewno skorzystam z tego hotelu. Polecam.."

Ma ogromną wiedzę hisoryczna i zna lokalne klimaty. Wskazał nieoznakowana drogę w lesie na górę Pikuj. Tak dobrego i serdecznego człowieka trudno w Tym Świecie spotkać. Lokal ma tak cudowny lokalny klimat ukraiński , że do tej pory jesteśmy pod wrażeniem atmosfery i osobowości Wlodymyra. Cudowny, serdeczny człowiek i jego sadyba. Dzięki wielkie za wszystko."

"Будиночки розташовані в гарній локації з чудовим краєвидом. Є пледи для вечірніх посиденьок на терасі з диванчиками та кріслом-гойдалкою. Навколо все чистенько й доглянуто. Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."
