"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"It was a nice house 5 minutes walking from the beach. The team was very supportive solving any issues very quickly. Having Ramón also helped a lot with the shopping and the cooking for a big group as it was out case, and everything was very tasty. The rooms were very clean, and it was useful to have the laundry for one week stay."

The only room for improvement was agreeing the breakfast or dinner times with the chef, which was sometimes not clear to coordinate.

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"Front desk call at 5:45 before we checked in, looking for us. We were 5 minutes away. Very friendly. Could use a few more parking spots for cars."

"The villa is clean & spacious. Ilse was very accommodating, she reached out to me just right after my booking was confirmed. She was very attentive with all my queries. My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

Nie było takich rzeczy w samym hotelu,ale trochę zaskoczył nas bałagan że śmieciami, ale z doświadczenia wiem ze to problem południa Europy

"The villa was very pleasant, clean and peaceful. I really liked that the villa included a crib for my baby to sleep on. My family had a wonderful time."

"El lugar era tal cual se veía en las fotos, hermoso, muy cuidado y limpio. La anfitriona muy amable, nos respondio las dudas que teniamos respecto de la ciudad, siempre atenta a todo."

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"Juz od początku zachwycil nas pieknie zadrzewiony teren. I tuz nad samym morzem. Wokol budynkow jest ladnie utrzymany trawnik, krzewy i drzewa. W parterowych budynkach sa 2 lub 3 mieszkania. Bardzo przemyslanie zaprojektowanane, tak ze sąsiedzi w ogóle nie odczuwaja swojej obecności. Mieszkalismy w I linii od morza, ale budynki w glebi tez sa fantastyczne. Wystarczająco duzy i zadaszony taras z grilem pozwala na spedzanie na nim czasu. Samo mieszkanie ma wszystko co potrzeba i jest przestronne, widne, z nowoczesną łazienką. Posiadlosc jest duza i bezpieczna, zamknieta dla samochodow, mozna spacerowac, biegac, i wyprowadzac pieski. Jest tez pod kazdym względem przystosowana dla niepełnosprawnych. Ogólnie wszystko z klasą, jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni."

We wrzesniu nie bylo otwartej głównej restauracji.

I wish the property had a dining table for guests as it was difficult sitting together to eat as a family.

La instalación requiere de algunos pequeños arreglos y un poco más de limpieza.

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

"Dom byl przestronny I miala wszystko czego potrzebowalismy. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposarzona I wystroj swiateczny w salonie byl cudowny. Lozka wygodne I lazienki czyste. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym sercu Krakowa. Spedzilismy mile chwile z rodzina przy stole w sali jadalnej .Napewno bedziemy polecac to miejsce znajomym."

Po kilku dniach byl wyczuwalny nieprzyjemny zapach z lazienek.

Pokój czysty z dwoma bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami, wyposażony we wszystko co jest w opisie hotelu - czajnik, łyżeczki, kawy, herbaty, kubki. W pokoju znajdują się kartki z menu, na którym trzeba ołówkiem zaznaczyć co chcemy zjeść na śniadanie następnego dnia. W TV jest udostępniony Netflix. W szafce znajduje się suszarka i żelazko. W łazience jest udostępniony szampon i płyn do mycia ciała. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu - greetings for Windy :). Serwowane śniadania są pyszne!"

Podczas śniadania super byłoby udostępnić na kredensie toster aby goście mogli sobie robić tosty ile zechcą zjeść.
