"Świetne miejsce, by zatrzymać się w Hoi An. Do starego miasta jest 15 minut spacerem, okolica hotelu dość cicha, bardzo przyjemne knajpki w pobliżu. Byliśmy tam 11 dni z dwójką małych dzieci, pokój był przestronny i czysty, było łóżeczko dla niemowlaka i krzesełko do karmienia. Wyposażenie pokoju bardzo w porządku, była mikrofalówka i kuchenka elektryczna, choć nie potrzebowaliśmy. Śniadania pyszne i różnorodne, podawane w ogrodzie z widokiem na rzekę. Raz nawet widzieliśmy przepływające bawoły! Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna i przyjazna. Kim i Rose dokładały wszelkich starań, żeby nasz pobyt był miły. Pomogły nam kupić bilety na pociąg, bo była jakaś awaria systemu. Bardzo sympatyczny był tez pan z obsługi, który przygotował nam rowery na wycieczkę (rowery są udostępniane bezpłatnie). Wszyscy byli ciepli i serdeczni dla nas i dla dzieci. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Ogród i drzewka bonsai są niesamowite. Gdybyśmy wrócili do Hoi An to na pewno znów byśmy tam zanocowali."

"The make you go around without shoes and the floor is really slippery, my mom fell and she’s hurting now :( I would prefer if they let you wear shoes."

"The location is great. Room had a nice river view. The pool was clean and welcoming. Not far from the old quarter and the boating area but tucked away enough to be quiet. This was my second stay. Rose was a great help. The best part of this place was certainly the staff. The breakfast was good and it was a good place to connect with fellow travellers."

"I loved the place. It was busy because of the Tet holiday, the lunar new year, and the staff was busy but the service standards were maintained. Ms Rose was so helpful and always there whether to book a tour or a cab or to give tips on what to see and do. My room had a riverside view. The location is close to the old town and night market yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good with enough choices. They have a swimming pool to relax a bit. Lots of restaurants and cafés in the vicinity."

"We loved this place! Rose was fantastic, from arrival up until departure she was on hands on, helpful and friendly. The location on the river is beautiful and quiet but only a very short walk to get to Ancient Town (bicycles are also available if you prefer). The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Complimentary tea, coffee and water is provided as well as a paid for mini bar if you wish. Breakfast was plentiful with good options for cooked and continental - I definitely recommend the Mi Quang!"

"Kim and the staff at Riverside were excellent and really went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Such a pretty hotel and so clean. Breakfast had a great variety for something that was included in the price. Definitely one of the most value for money places I have stayed at in Asia. They also did our laundry for an amazing price."

"We have the family room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not suitable for our 14 year old son due to it being two chairs side by side. We made do with the other 3 beds but it’s not a 4 bed option."

"It is within walking distance of Hoi An Ancient Town with a lovely seating area for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and considerate."
