"Everything was great."

"Great price for a modern and clean accommodation in perfect location. Easy self checkin-/out, host provided all information (for example how to get there from the central bus station). TV with streaming services"

"Shower can be improved maybe, no curtain to one side and the holder was broken"

"Perfect location, very nice staff and most importantly, very cozy place."

"nothing to complain"

"Nice room. Very modern inside. Host Aleyna is super pleasant. Would stay again"

"Room was a tiny bit cold. Maybe radiator in bathroom would be good for future guests"

"The remote control for the main entrance gives you a private and secure feeling. The exterior of the hotel has a traditional Kosovar look, but as soon as you step inside your apartment, it feels like being in Western Europe. It truly combines both worlds in one place. The service was excellent as well – they respond quickly via WhatsApp and are always available to help. The self check-in system is also amazing: with just a code, you can collect your keys from a box at the front door. SUPER INNOVATIVE!"

"The apartment is freshly renovated and was spotless. Central location, but entrance a little bit hidden (but received a detailed check-in instructions with pictures and codes) that helped a lot with finding it."

"Everything was clean and nice, the rooms look renovated and the bathroom is also good. Five minutes walking from the center of the city"

"In the shower the water pressure was a bit low so one can’t really enjoy the shower and also the small shampoos I'd change that with a big one cause if you shower more than once then you need more."
