Gość na recepcji pierwszego dnia . Powodem mojej oceny jest brak kompletnego zaangażowania w sytuacji gdy nie działała karta magnetyczna do drzwi. Zastosował tzw spychologię na sprzątaczkę, która przyniosła tradycyjny klucz który otworzył drzwi ale nie włączył zasilania prądu w apartamencie. Kolejna wędrówka na recepcję. Gość nawet nie ruszył się wydając kartę zapasową . Nie wspomnę o przepraszam.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

Brak jadalni i konieczność jedzenia śniadania w pokoju niestety jest pewną niedogodnością. Zapewne latem, śniadanie w ogrodzie ma zupełnie inny wymiar.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

Hotel trochę na uboczu- do najbliższego sklepu jest ok 5 min autem. Szkoda że basen nie jest całoroczny (był nieczynny podczas pobytu)

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

"Wspaniała lokalizacja. 5 minut piechotką, od tramwaju na lotnisko, portu, targu rybnego. Bardzo czysto. Polecam!"

Ocena 9 nie 10 za dwie rzeczy: odgłosy imprezy dochodzące z dołu w weekendowe noce i "mroczne" oświetlenie, pewnie chodzi o to,, żeby było nastrojowo ... ;-)

"Pokój był bardzo czysty, przestronny i jasny, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Duży balkon również na plus. Obsługa była bardzo sympatyczna I pomocna mimo bariery językowej."

Pokój wyglądem odbiega od zdjęć. Nie stanowi to dużego problemu, niemniej wolałabym, aby zdjęcia oddawały bardziej rzeczywistość.

"Large and clean rooms. Bathroom had 2 wash basins and nice products. Great location in the Port area and very close to IglooFest venue"

Everything was good. We prefer harder beds and found this too soft for the back support
