"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Very friendly service, it was very clean. Very safe, the beds are pure white and comfortable, luxurious kitchen and sitting room. I will stay there definitely again. Thank you very much."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Apartament był czysty i przestronny. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Ponadto bardzo blisko do plaży. Dodatkową zaletą była wliczona w cenę karta Millstatter See, dzięki której wstęp na pobliską plażę i nie tylko był darmowy. Poza tym apartament jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, skąd jest blisko do wielu atrakcji."

Trochę przeszkadzał hałas z pobliskiej ulicy.

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"Rewelacyjna strefa SPA. Jest basen sporych rozmiarów, 2 sauny, oraz jacuzzi. Bardzo przyjemny klimat w salonie, wspaniałe jedzenie. Genialny kucharz przyrządzał wyjątkowo smaczne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Personel wymarzony. Czuliśmy się tam wyjątkowo. Polecam serdecznie! Chętnie wrócimy!"

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

"The hotel very near to the ski resort . Walking distance 5min to phoenix ski . Infront of the hotel got CU mart . If you guys plan to stay here ..please stop at pyeongchang station . 15-20min to the hotel by Uber ."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Villa is very cozy and well decorated with historical and art objects, it is well located. The hosts were super friendly and nice. Good breakfast was included."

Klimatyzacja - tylko w sypialni, bardzo ciężko było utrzymać odpowiednią temperaturę. W salonie, kuchni i drugiej sypialni było bardzo gorąco Ręczniki plażowe brudne.

"Bardzo interesujące, warte polecenia miejsce nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Pokoje niezbyt duże, ale wystarczające, w dobrym standardzie, łazienka czysta, klimatyzacja sprawna. Budynek wygląda na zabytkowy, jest bardzo zadbany, z pewnością niedawno odnowiony, z ciekawym klimatem i wewnętrznym ładnym skwerkiem obsadzonym roślinami. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Lokalizacja znakomita, w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko, atrakcje turystyczne Sarajewa w zasięgu spaceru. Problematyczny może okazać się jedynie parking – samochód można zostawić przy samym budynku, w miejskiej uliczce, poza strefą płatnego parkowania, o ile będzie miejsce. Na szczęście było."

"Pobyt bardzo udany, basen mieliśmy w innej części niż główna recepcja ale to było samym plusem bo cisza spokój bez muzyki. Akurat jak my byliśmy przez tydzień to na Basenie byliśmy tylko My - Nasza 2 . Jedzenie przepyszne, porcje jeszcze większe. Ice Latte przepyszna do śniadania. Brakowało soku świeżo wyciskanego z pomarańczy ale tak to super wszystko."

I did not understand it when booking, but our room had shared Bathroom and toilet, but it was fine, as there were no other people on the floor except us. Unfortunately the windows in our room are not openable. Even with existing ventilation and side fan it felt abit stuffy in the room.

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.
