On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"Villa is very cozy and well decorated with historical and art objects, it is well located. The hosts were super friendly and nice. Good breakfast was included."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

Nada, sólo que el edificio está casi vacío.

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

"Apartament był czysty i przestronny. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Ponadto bardzo blisko do plaży. Dodatkową zaletą była wliczona w cenę karta Millstatter See, dzięki której wstęp na pobliską plażę i nie tylko był darmowy. Poza tym apartament jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, skąd jest blisko do wielu atrakcji."

Trochę przeszkadzał hałas z pobliskiej ulicy.

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"It is quiet and cool. Not too far from town. Friendly and pleasant staff."

The height and flight of stairs.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko wyciągu. Duży, wygodny apartament. Czysto. W tym samym budynku wypożyczalnia nart i restauracja."

Brak umywalki w toalecie, choć na plus że była w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu. Natomiast umywalka była tylko w pomieszczeniu z prysznicem, więc kiedy ktoś zajmował łazienkę z prysznicem, był problem z umyciem rąk.

"How the room was clean and also how good was the service from the staff and warm reception"

"Duże i wygodne łóżko. Duży i bardzo czysty pokój. Miła obsługa."

Zlew był ładny, zrobiony z muszli, ale przez to mało praktyczny. Do tego był bardzo nisko, więc osobie średniego wzrostu trudno się z niego korzystało.

Plaża przy hotelu to bardziej port z łódkami niż możliwość kąpieli.

"Apartament czysty,duży i bardzo wygodny,dwie klimatyzację bardzo się przydały bo upał na zewnątrz był straszny, kuchnia super wyposazona,łazienka przestronna,rolety w oknach również duży plus,niewielki taras,cisza i spokój,do jeziora 5 min spacerem ."

"Kurort jest niesamowity. Jest niesamowita balia, sauna i salon z kominkiem."

Miejsce jest położone poza Saariselką. Właściciel oferuje dojazd na śniadanie i ze śniadania, natomiast wieczorem ciężko się dostać do noclegu. Jedyna opcja to taksówka za 15-20 euro
