"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

"Location was good, the rest of the accommodation was of a very poor standard."

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre, Calme et confortable . Le gérant est très serviable, abordable et de bons conseils pour les randos, aluguers etc....."

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

Czystość i jakość sprzątania

"Obsługa bardzo miła. Pokoje czyste, z dużym balkonem, wygodne łóżko, aneks kuchenny na balkonie. Widok na morze i ogród obłędny! Basen z miejscem do leżakowania. Blisko do głównej uliczki miasteczka. Śniadania dobre."

Przed przyjazdem dużo razy blokowali (pół roku przed pobytem) mi pieniądze na koncie w celu preautoryzacji. Różne kwoty, czasami dwa razy dziennie. Odblokowanie środków na koncie ponad tydzień.

"Nocleg w tym miejscu to wspaniałe doświadczenie. Cały personel niezwykle miły. Przepyszne jedzenie, porcje ogromne. W pokojach mimo 40 stopni na zewnątrz było chłodno i przytulnie. Pozycja obowiązkowa !"

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Klasyczny hotel, bez fajerwerków. Nieco za drogi jak na standard. Cześć pokoi - widok na morze i pole golfowe, Ci od parkingu - nieco gorzej. Śniadanie podstawowe, niezłe jedzenie bistro. Dookoła nie za dużo do zwiedzania, ale hotel był dla nas bazą wypadową do wycieczek samochodowych po tej części Irlandii. Najlepszy był basen - duży, długi, ciepła woda. Idealny ."

Pole golfowe - ładne, ale skutecznie odcinało gości od morza. Trzeba było nadłożyć kawałek piechotą.

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

The WiFi was down the whole time I was there.
