"Hotel położony na uboczu z daleka od większych miejscowości. Osoby preferujące zabawę i rozrywkę nie będą tu zachwycone. Lokalizacja dobra dla osób nastawionych na zwiedzanie. Istniały różne możliwości transportu: autobusy, promy a nawet katamaran z Gozo do Valletty. Hotel bardzo czysty. Personel bardzo życzliwy i gotowy do pomocy. Niepodobało mi się to że gdy przyjeżdżasz na weekend to możesz korzystać tylko z 1 restauracji a nie ze wszystkich uważam że to jest niestosowne .A i jeszcze jedno że w pokoju jest brak czajnika .Basen ładny ale woda bardzo zimna

In my opinion the beds where just to hard which gave me severe back pains, the apartments could do with some air-conditioning for the hot nights as that also makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. The TV in the unit could be updated to a smart tv for better quality picture and sound, also giving us access to using our own Netflix or movie app accounts to enjoy our favourite shows or movies whilst on holiday.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

"EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

Trochę lepsza kawa :), pokoje wymagają lekkiej renowacji (wykładziny dywanowe). Dobrze wiedzieć, że do centrum jest pół godziny jazdy.

Gospodyni i wszyscy pracownicy bardzo pomocni i mili. Do plaży ok. 6min.a po drodze knajpki. Miejsce oddalone od centrum ale za to na plaży dużo miejsca. Pokój musieliśmy opuścić zgodnie z regulaminem ale skorzystaliśmy z przechowalni bagażu i prysznica przy recepcji i za to duży plus. Śniadanie na całym tarasiku przy pokoju w cieniu sama przyjemność. Klimatyzacja super ratowała."

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on.

Obsługa hotelowa zmieniła nam rezerwację z domu z widokiem na domek z widokiem i basenem, za co jesteśmy im ogromnie wdzięczni to podbiło nasze wrażenia z wyjazdu do poziomu 11/10."
