Od wejścia odczuwa się, iż hotel należy do dobrej grupy hotelowej, w której utrzymywany jest są wysoki poziom. Pokoje bardzo przyjemnie urządzone, z balkonem i częściowym lub pełnym widokiem na ocean. Restauracja hotelowa i jakość posiłków na bardzo wysokim poziomie kulinarnym. Ogromna różnorodność serwowanych dań każdego dnia, ale przede wszystkim fakt, iż smakują wyśmienicie stawia na bardzo wysokim poziomie hotel. Spa w drzewach obłędnie zorganizowane, a masażystki bardzo profesjonalne. Poziom niewygórowanej ceny do wysokiej jakości usługi stanowi miłe zaskoczenie."

"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

Moim największym kłopotem była dość głośna klimatyzacja, po której złapałem katar. Nocą trochę też doskwierają komary, dlatego warto by dodać płyn na komary lub jakąś obsuwaną moskitierę na okna. Nie wiem, czy są jakieś imprezy lub inne atrakcje.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

Niektóre pokoje zagrzybione czuć fetor może jest klimatyzacji. Dużo dużo owadów mrówek karaluchów. Jednak stosunek ceny do jakości rekompensuje te wszystkie sytuacje.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

"Nadzwyczajna wielkość apartamentu , luksusowy wystrój pokoju i całego hotelu, wyjątkowa dbałość o każdy szczegół zarówno w hotelu ,jak i na zewnątrz w strefie wypoczynkowo - basenowej, wysoka klasa i elegancja restauracji hotelowych , nie mówiąc o serwowanych przez nie posiłkach - to jakość sama w sobie. Dyskretny , przyjazny, kompetentny i pomocny personel . Tu gość jest traktowany po królewsku i niczego mu nie brakuje!!!"

"The pool, the refrigerator in de room, the ac was cool, close to some stores."

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"Friendly attentive staff, excellent environment and atmosphere, great food, great beach and pool, everything. The staff take very good care of the hotel residents."

Nothing except for high price, but is worth it.

"Благодарим за избора на стая в Royal Castle, най- луксозния хотел. Гледката беше отлична. Тъмна и тиха стая. Просторна стая и голяма баня от мрамор. Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"- baseny przy samym morzu - dobre jedzenie, chociaż czasem mały wybór - lokalizacja, blisko do centrum Sosua - zejście na plaże prosto z hotelu - łóżka wygodne - klimatyzacja"

Już na recepcji witają was ludzie strasznie zmęczeni i nieprzyjaźni. Za pierwszym razem obslugiwał nas jakis Hector chyba i ze smutną twarzą, powolnymi ruchami robił nam check-in przez 20 minut. Nawet nie było co liczyć że wytłumaczy nam co gdzie jest, z czego możemy korzystać i tak dalej. Reszta ludzi na recepcji na podobnym poziomie. Nikt się nie uśmiecha. Dla.każdego jesteś jak intruz tutaj. Każdy tu liczy na napiwki, ale za co? Za taką słabą obsługę? Jedynie kucharze zaslugują na napiwki, zwłaszcza ci od omletów, ale im nie ma jak dać. Druga sprawa to wifi. To było najgorsze wifi jakie spotkałem w hotelach. Dziala tylko w 1 miejscu na basenie. W pokoju już nie. W dodatku jest to opcja dodatkowa za dopłatą. NIE KUPUJCIE TUTAJ WIFI!

The location is a little way out of town, but it's handy for the lake

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"
