The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"The bed was comfortable. The studio room. was spacious and clean.. The kitchen had everything.Staff were friendly. But the view was more beautiful overlooking the sea."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

A proper shower would be nice. And a garden tap would be useful.

Zlew był ładny, zrobiony z muszli, ale przez to mało praktyczny. Do tego był bardzo nisko, więc osobie średniego wzrostu trudno się z niego korzystało.

Brak umywalki w toalecie, choć na plus że była w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu. Natomiast umywalka była tylko w pomieszczeniu z prysznicem, więc kiedy ktoś zajmował łazienkę z prysznicem, był problem z umyciem rąk.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

Plaża przy hotelu to bardziej port z łódkami niż możliwość kąpieli.

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

Nada, sólo que el edificio está casi vacío.

Klimatyzacja - tylko w sypialni, bardzo ciężko było utrzymać odpowiednią temperaturę. W salonie, kuchni i drugiej sypialni było bardzo gorąco Ręczniki plażowe brudne.

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"Wygodne łóżko, ładny wystrój, pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu szwedzkiego. Miły i przyjazny personel, mówią w języku angielskim i rosyjskim. Doradzają miejsca, które warto zobaczyć. Lokalizacja blisko Registan, wspaniałe miejsce, trzeba je zobaczyć w dzień i wieczorem. Po wymeldowaniu pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże, mogliśmy spokojnie w recepcji poczekać na pociąg. Poczęstowano nas pysznym arbuzem- dziękujemy:) Posiadają lodówkę z napojami, ceny bardzo przystępne. Polecam!"

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

No access to the pool.

Bardzo słabe danie obiadowe. Ziemniaki w mundurkach cos strasznego. Proszę przekazać do kucharza... choć odrobinę masła, zioła... niech to "jakoś" smakuje. Proszę nie podawać kartofli bez żadnego smaku jak dla świnek.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce. Na posesji rośnie migdałowiec, na który kilka razy dziennie przylatują ary. Odwiedza je też tukan. Miejsce bardzo, ale to bardzo czyste. Kuchnia, jak to wielokrotnie było pisane w innych recenzjach, przepiękna i przestronna, fenomenalnie wyposażona, pozwalająca w jednym czasie gotować i jeść kilku osobom. Pokoje przepiękne! Internet bez zarzutu, bardzo szybki i pozwalający odbywać spotkania online."
